Yes, if your doctor clears you for exercise. Pilates can help you regain mobility and flexibility after some injuries.
Cancellations must be made through the web page at least 6 hours before the scheduled class. All no-shows will receive a $25 fee and late cancellations will be charged $15.
We encourage you to join the waitlist for the class. You will receive a text message and email to inform you that you have been added to the class.
