  • No, our instructors will guide you through a semi personalized class taking your specific needs into account.

  • Comfortable exercise clothes and  sticky socks (we have some at the studio).

  • Yes, if your doctor clears you for exercise. Pilates can help you regain mobility and flexibility after some injuries.

  • Cancellations must be made through the web page at least 6 hours before the scheduled class.  All no-shows will receive a $25 fee and late cancellations will be charged $15.

  • We encourage you to join the waitlist for the class. You will receive a text message and email to inform you that you have been added to the class.
