Casa Pilates is bringing an alternative way of doing pilates to Naperville. We offer  50 minute semi personalized sessions. We would love for you to be part of our community. A community that welcomes everybody. Our session combines the best of Pilates equipment.

The Pilates Mat uses your own body as resistance. It builds deep core strength, posture, and control through precise, mindful movement.

MEET THE INSTRUCTOR

Hi, I’m Sheila.

Originally from Mexico, I made Naperville my home in 2019. I’ve been practicing Pilates since 2010 and became certified in Mat and Reformer in 2017. In 2024, I completed my full apparatus certification and earned my National Pilates Certification.

I’m passionate about helping people feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to their bodies. To me, Pilates is more than exercise — it’s a way to improve how you move and feel in everyday life.

I believe Pilates should feel personal and attentive. In my studio, you’re never just another person in the room. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling stronger, more aligned, and empowered.
